This Privacy Policy is designed to ensure that you are aware of how your personal information is used and to provide you with choices about that use. By visiting this Site, purchasing or using our products,  interacting with the Sites and mobile apps, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy, as it may be amended from time to time.

Information We Collect

Personal data is any information about an individual from which that individual can be identified (“Personal Data”). :  We do not share your Personal Data with third parties for their marketing purposes, though we may share your Personal Data with other Diluent Education companies. We may disclose your Personal Data in response to legal process, to protect our rights, as otherwise required by law, or for the prevention or detection of a crime. We may share your Personal Data with trusted third parties who  perform certain services on our behalf, including those who help deliver our products and services, help us process transactions, such as charging your credit card when you make purchases, and otherwise help us operate our business. These third parties are not authorized by us to use your Personal Data except in connection with providing services for us. Diluent Education may disclose anonymous data to third parties. We may also share your information with third parties that you have specifically designated as authorized to receive information from us.

If payment was made by a third party for your use of a product or service, Diluent Education may provide that third party with access to your Personal Data and other data, such as usage and performance. For example, if Diluent Education provides you access to a program in your capacity as a student of a school that has contracted with Diluent Education for the service, Diluent Education may share your activity, performance and other data with your school, even if you contributed to the payment in whole or in part yourself.

In connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as the possible sale of our business, a divestiture, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or if our business enters into a joint venture with another business entity, we may disclose your Personal Data with them who may then provide you with information about their products and services.The third parties to whom we may disclose Personal Data to deliver the services have their own privacy policies which describe how they use and disclose personal information. We will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.
